00:16And one particular instance really stands out, and I'm going to share with you this example.
00:21Our team was working on a major feature for a SaaS tool, and I noticed that one of our junior developers was consistently missing deadlines.
00:28This was really impacting the overall project timeline, so I did the following few things.
00:33The first thing is that I scheduled a private meeting with the developer to discuss the situation in a non-confrontational manner.
00:40And secondly, I started by sharing my observations, stating specific instances, and where deadlines were missed.
