00:00The TPO and the Temporary Protection Order issued by the Davao Regional Trial Court were denied by the Court of Appeals.

00:08According to PNP Spokesperson Colonel Jean Fajardo, this means that the TPO has nothing to do with the issuance of the Warrant of Arrest against Pastor Apollo Quibuloy.

00:21It is stated in the TPO that the police should remove the barricade around the KOJC compound.

00:29It also stopped all activities related to life, freedom, security, and property of the KOJC.

00:37The Legal Counsel of the KOJC also agreed with the decision.

00:42They did not ask for a comment on this matter.

00:45They will receive a Motion for Reconsideration from the CA.
