00:00A new diplomatic protest was launched by the Department of Foreign Affairs in China
00:04in connection with the repeated harassment of China by Philippine ships in the Escoda Shoal in the West Philippine Sea.
00:10The latest incident is the several times that the China Coast Guard bombed the BRP Teresa Magbanua

00:18Before that, there were other incidents of harassment in the Escoda Shoal
00:21such as the bombing of water in a ship of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources.
00:27The two ships of the Philippine Coast Guard bombed each other on August 19.
00:32According to the DFA, this is the 43rd diplomatic protest of the Philippines against China this year.
00:39According to the Polish Foreign Affairs Minister Radoslaw Sikorski,
00:43the countries should abide by the Rulers-Based Order or Rules-Based Order
