00:00The entire province of Camarines Sur is under a state of calamity because of the widespread flooding of Baguio-Enteng.

00:07According to Camarines Sur Governor Luigi Villafuerte,

00:11this is the first time of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council.

00:17More than 800,000 individuals were affected by the storm.

00:21Emergency funds are included in the rehabilitation of the affected areas, as well as the livelihoods and agriculture.

00:29This Monday, the people of Milaor and Minalabak,
