00:09Speaking of quarterbacks, if you ask a lot of the pro betting experts, the Carolina Panthers

00:14are one of the favorite bets for a lot of people going into week one at the New Orleans

00:19Saints catching four and a half points.

00:22And I suppose the reason why here is when you look at the Saints, you know, are the

00:27Saints that much better than the Panthers?

00:30Should they be four and a half point favorites going into this game?

00:33I think that's exactly it.

00:35The fact that the Saints were only able to go nine and eight, given the stats that Drew

00:40Karp was able to put together last year, I thought that that said a lot about the rest

00:47of the outfit and how it's just okay.

00:52And expect them to come out and really clock a divisional opponent in the first week.

00:57The only question for me is I've never been a big Bryce Young guy, and certainly last

01:01year didn't do anything to dissuade me from that position.

01:05And so I would be a little bit skeptical, honestly, about believing in the Panthers

01:11just based on that, at least early.

01:14New coach, a quarterback I'm not totally convinced.

01:17I would say that more than anything, I probably would want to avoid this game.

01:22But the one thing that you can say for the Saints is they have been really good in opening

01:26games, won their past five.

01:28So that might, again, that might reinforce the idea that that number's a little big.
