00:00We as entrepreneurs people who work for ourselves

00:04Coaches and consultants who work for themselves we often find ourselves in a position where we

00:13We kind of need external help

00:17for an issue or an idea or a thoughts that we have that we

00:22Don't think it's going to work or we don't quite understand how something is done

00:28But it's often hard to find someone

00:32within your

00:34family within your friends

00:37Because they give you information

00:41That kind of

00:43Appeases you rather than give you the lowdown. I talked about this in a video last week. I think about

00:52About something that I was going through and

00:55And the same could be said this time I was I

00:59Have these ideas that I want to put into practice, but I wasn't

01:06I'm not fully aware of how to do it. So I reached out to somebody who I met online who I met

01:15via Twitter I I think and

01:18We just had like a two and a half hour

01:21Conversation and he actually he first started off the conversation with are we recording this for a podcast like no

01:28No, this is I just want to have a conversation with you. It's kind of funny, but we literally spoke for like two and a half hours

01:35because we obviously enjoy our each other's company in that sense and we

01:40Obviously, I obviously definitely enjoy his input into what he had to say and it gave me

01:47such clarity

01:50Brainstorming with him

01:52Ideas that I had about a specific thing within my business

01:57so having someone else to bounce ideas off who's in the similar situation as you is a great way of

02:05getting

02:06Your thoughts and your ideas actually out into the wild rather than them

02:12Bouncing in your head. I'm not doing anything with it and then getting bogged down with other things

02:19One

02:21Thing that did come out of this conversation and not one of the things that came out of this conversation was having

02:29moving

02:31not being not sitting still in one place actually being somewhere else getting away from your comfort comfort zone and

02:40Having those ideas flow

02:42But once those ideas flow you still need to brainstorm and bounce those ideas off of someone else

02:48who's in the same situation as you to see if those ideas work and

02:53then I

02:54I've come away from this conversation with so many ideas so many things that I

03:01Didn't think was possible. I thought I

03:06Shouldn't be doing etc

03:09To do with my business, but it gave me so much clarity. It was amazing. So

03:14Talk to someone the best thing you can do is talk to someone especially if they're in the same kind of field as you as well
