00:28In his first affidavit, Padilla said that he did not talk to Garma.
00:35But earlier, he told the camera that Garma called him and warned him not to get involved in the order of the murder.
00:44But it is possible that the former President Rodrigo Duterte is behind Garma.
00:50We are still trying to get Garma's statement that the camera has already initiated.
00:56The Executive Session asked Padilla to detail the other things he learned about the death in prison during the Duterte administration.
