Quiboloy's request against US turnover up to court, says BBM

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Sept. 4, 2024 says the ball is now in court following the request of fugitive pastor Apollo Quiboloy for a written declaration that he will not be turned over to the United States if arrested.
