00:00We started 30 years ago, so it's actually our 30th year, we're 210 years in dog years.

00:14As a small local custom domestic fencing manufacturer and installation business, it's now grown

00:23to more of security fencing and commercial fencing applications, and a fully-blown factory

00:32instead of just a workshop.

00:33So what we're seeing here is some of the improvement ideas we have in the factory, focused around

00:34lean.

00:35So here's an example of four different projects that are owned by four of the guys on the

00:36floor, and they've identified something in their area that they can improve or be better

00:37on.

00:38So it outlines an ideal state, what the next steps, and then they'll report back to us

00:45on a weekly and monthly basis about what they've done in that improvement area, and it just

00:50helps us keep getting better at what we do.
