00:00To me, it's one of the worst days, you know, of this job.

00:03It's hard to tell that many people that their dream's ending.

00:06The ironic thing for me is I've been cut in this building before.

00:15So I've been there.

00:17It's really hard.

00:22It's a place where I try to have a lot of empathy in the way that we communicate it.

00:26Because these guys have put a lot of time and effort into making a football team,

00:30what I try to do is do a really good job giving feedback

00:33so they at least know the why behind it

00:36and they can continue to work on their craft

00:39and hopefully have an opportunity at some point to make a football team.
