00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ordered concerned local government units, or LGUs,

00:06to lead the response on the effects of Tropical Storm Enteng.

00:10For its part, the national government will be on standby to provide the necessary assistance to LGUs

00:15to ensure the needs of Enteng-affected residents are provided.

00:19Assistant Secretary Joey Villarama, Presidential Communications Office, or PCO spokesperson, says

00:25this directive from the President also applies to the Antipolo LGUs' handling of a recent landslide in their locality.

00:32In the meantime, the Chief Executive says the government is delivering various aid and services to Enteng-affected areas.

00:39Over 1,700 equipment are in place in several regions to ensure that roads remain passable.

00:45Also, power supply is being restored and emergency communications equipment is available if needed.
