00:07Would you like to learn more about the world of Renatis?

00:12I bet you do, right?

00:18From the sound of things, there's a whole lot going on in Shibuya.

00:23But we've got the inside scoop from Moa to share with you today.

00:27We're going to learn all about Shibuya and the world of Renatis, so be sure to watch to the end!

00:32As a rule, Moa only goes out at night.

00:35That's because wizards like her are feared and hated by the rest of society.

00:39Look at that face! How could you be scared of someone so cute?

00:43There are regulations on when people can go out at night, but nobody's really enforcing them.

00:48She may not look it, but Moa's pretty tough, so you don't have to worry about her.

00:53Going back to Shibuya, here's one of Moa's favorites, Shibuya 109.

00:58There's also Center Street, Spain Hill, and in this little alley, there are a lot of hip cafes and ramen shops.

01:05Of course, you can't forget Don Quixote.

01:08And when you're hanging out in Shibuya, taking pictures in a photo booth is a must.

01:13You can also chat in Miyashita Park.

01:16And Shibuya Stream is super pretty, especially at night.

01:20That about sums up Shibuya.

01:25As for people who have been standing out lately, first there's Sari Nishijima from the MEA.

01:31MEA is this government organization that's been policing wizards, and they're super scary.

01:38Sari's been featured on these billboards around Shibuya, so everyone knows her.

01:43She's often seen patrolling around with this silver-haired guy and this super macho-looking guy.

01:49Oh, I guess their names are Ukai and Dogo? You learn something new every day!

01:54Even though they're supposed to be protecting Shibuya, Moa doesn't like that they've got their eye on her, too.

02:03They're wizards just like her, so why do they have to crack down on her?

02:09Then there's the Guild, who've been trying to drum up support for wizard rights lately.

02:15Well, that's what they say, but their methods seem kind of extreme.

02:22And then there are rumors that they're distributing an illegal drug called Rubrum around Shibuya.

02:28Yeah, the leader of the Guild is Soku Makabe.

02:31Looks like he's giving some kind of speech to gather more members or something.

02:35He's a real stern-looking guy, so Moa doesn't really want to get involved with him.

02:41Now this guy is Jem Shinzaki.

02:43He's in charge of, like, public relations for the Guild, and he handles their scouting and stuff.

02:49Their whole thing is that they feel like wizards shouldn't have to hide in the shadows anymore.

02:55Wizards like Moa have to be careful not to get in trouble with the MEA and risk getting killed.

03:01But the Guild is pushing for more rights for wizards that would allow them to lead normal lives again.

03:08According to the Guild, wizards are unjustly oppressed and their leader, Soku Makabe,

03:16is dedicated to restoring the rights and dignity of all wizards.

03:21They claim they have never engaged in any illegal activity,

03:25and their base of operations is in an alternate world called Another,

03:29which is a place where wizards like Moa and Jem Shinzaki live.

03:40Their whole thing is based around the fact that wizards are the chosen ones.

03:45Kinda weird, right?

03:48Anyone who is a wizard will have seen these pockets of fog around Shibuya,

03:52which can be used to enter the world of Another.

03:56In Another there are all kinds of areas, from forests and deserts to factories.

04:03If you want to join the Guild, you can look for Jem and he will introduce you to Soku Makabe.

04:09Apparently there might be some kind of test, though.

04:14Well, I think it's safe to say that Moa doesn't want anything to do with all that.

04:18She's happy to keep doing her own thing.

04:20The people in the Guild are kinda scary, and Moa is not really into that kind of scene.

04:29Instead, she's part of this cool group called Owl.

04:33Owl was founded by Michiru Kujirai with the goal of promoting coexistence between normal people and wizards.

04:40They help support wizards who don't belong to any particular group,

04:44who are known as Shibuya Wizards.

04:46He helps support wizards who don't belong to any particular group,

04:49who are known as Stray Wizards and their families.

04:52Oh, he's so cool.

04:54The members of Owl are Michiru, Moa and Mika.

04:58Mika hasn't stopped by the Owl office recently, but Moa likes her because she's super cool.

05:03And then there's Marin, who recently came to Shibuya.

05:08He gives off this, like, really unapproachable vibe,

05:11and he keeps saying he wants to become the strongest wizard or something like that.

05:17It seems like he's being watched by both the MEA and the Guild.

05:21I hope he doesn't get into any trouble.

05:26So, Moa is also a wizard, right?

05:29She usually suppresses her magic with a hood, which conceals her identity too.

05:33If you don't conceal your identity and someone finds out you're a wizard, you'll be reported.

05:38Then, the MEA will come and get you.

05:41Pretty scary, right?

05:43Well, if that happens, Moa can totally fight them off.

05:47Now, check this out. It's Moa in Liberated Mode.

05:50Doesn't she look awesome?

05:52When fighting, Moa switches between her Suppressed Mode and Liberated Mode with ease.

05:57When suppressed, she can avoid enemy attacks and build up power.

06:01No matter what, selfies are a must.

06:04Then, she can go all out in Liberated Mode.

06:08Other wizards have different kinds of magic,

06:10like Nika, who specializes in Summon Magic.

06:14Uh-oh, Moa needs to hide so she won't get reported.

06:18She'll come back when things are safe.

06:25Moa doesn't have a lot of friends, so please come visit Shibuya and hang out with her sometime.
