00:00Hi guys, in this video I will show you how to disable microphone access on Redmi Note

00:0711 Pro Plus 5G running Xiaomi HyperOS version 1.0.2.0.

00:15So this is my Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus 5G phone.

00:19So let's start.

00:20So just open your settings app.

00:24You can see it's opened.

00:26So let me show you first the HyperOS version.

00:29So let me tap on about phone.

00:33And you can see guys, here we have Xiaomi HyperOS version 1.0.2.0 installed on my Redmi

00:40Note 11 Pro Plus 5G phone.

00:44So let me go back.

00:46So let's disable microphone access.

00:49So just open your settings app and then scroll down at the very bottom.

00:56Then tap on privacy.

00:59And you can see guys here we have microphone access for apps and services.

01:05If this setting is off, microphone data may still be shared when you call an emergency

01:11number.

01:12So to disable it, you have to disable this toggle button next to it.

01:17So to disable this toggle button, just tap on it so that this slider moves to the left.

01:23So let me show you.

01:25Let me tap on it.

01:27And you can see guys it's now disabled.

01:31After that you can go back and close the settings app.
