Ingredients:

Chatni Recipe:
250 gm imli pulp
1 cup date pulp
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white cumin (zeera)
1 cup jaggery (gur)
1 teaspoon dry ginger powder (sounth)

Mash Ki Daal Ki Baary:

500g Mash lentil flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon salt for taste
2 teaspoon dry ginger powder
1 teaspoon white cumin

Yogurt Recipe :

2 kg yogurt
2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon salt for taste
2 tablespoon corn flour
