00:09Prosecutors also ordered the filing of a criminal charge against Guo for using a false Filipino

00:14passport.

00:15Meantime, Ong is also indicted for obstruction of justice.

00:19Guo, along with her relatives, were ordered arrested and detained by the Senate for snubbing

00:23the inquiry probing Philippine offshore gaming operators, or POGOs.

00:27Ong also snubbed the House hearing on POGOs, so she was cited in contempt and was also

00:31ordered arrested and detained.

00:33All charges are bailable.

00:35In a Senate hearing Tuesday, Sheila Guo, or Zhang Mier, admitted she is not the biological

00:40sister of Alice Guo.
