00:25China's maritime police, according to the Domestic and International Laws,

00:28took necessary measures against the ships of the Philippine Fisheries and Water Resources Bureau,

00:32and operated, professionalized, restrained, and regulated them on the spot.

00:37For some time, the Philippine Fisheries and Water Resources Bureau has frequently sent maritime police ships,

00:40military ships, and others to break into the waters near the Xianbing River,

00:44in an attempt to replenish the non-maritime police ships that have been stranded in the Xianbing River for a long time,

00:51in order to achieve a long-term existence.

00:54The Philippine Fisheries and Water Resources Bureau has seriously violated the sovereignty of China,
