00:28Services Act, with moderation practices that meet industry standards and are continually

00:34The Russian-born billionaire was arrested at Le Bourget airport near Paris, shortly
00:39after landing on a private jet from Azerbaijan late Saturday and taken into custody.
00:45Durov was arrested during a preliminary police investigation, into allegations that Telegram
00:50facilitated various crimes due to insufficient moderation and poor cooperation with law enforcement.
