IVF miracle baby born metres apart from his future wife

A miracle IVF baby has tied the knot with a woman who was born metres away from him in the same hospital on the same day - 30 years later.

00:0021st of August, back in 1994, Wordsley Hospital both on the same day, I think I was born around

00:081am, Annika around 3am we think, so I'm second born, my mum can't remember, yeah so I'm two

00:14hours-ish older, but yeah same day, same year, same hospital. Yeah IVF child, so I was actually

00:20on the front of the Express and Star back in 1994 when my parents were showing me off to the world

00:26on the front of the Express and Star, yeah an IVF baby. He was a month premature though,

00:31so I say that he's still my birthday, yeah, apparently, yeah, weren't due till September.

00:37So we actually met at college, at Howes End College, just a mutual friend, yeah kind of

00:43mutual friends, kind of just kind of knew of each other, knew we had the same birthday and then

00:51several years down the line kind of found our way back together I guess.

00:54Wolf Civic. Yeah, Wolf Civic, blast off if you know it, yeah over Christmas. We were getting a bit

01:02close a lot, we knew, you know how like at school and college you kind of know people that have the

01:06same birthday, it's kind of like a thing. Turning 18, we're both having parties and inviting our friends.

01:11Yeah but I think when, probably when we kind of got closer, we kind of worked out that it

01:17was the same hospital as well, which adds an extra layer of bizarreness I guess, but yeah.

01:22Being an IVF baby, obviously his parents are very excited, so there's videos and all sorts

01:27of that. We've watched them back to see whether I can spot my parents or anything in the background,

01:32you can't, they're obviously different rooms. Our parents don't know, don't know each other,

01:36we were born kind of at the same time, same hospital, but they don't know each other,

01:40but it was, yeah, hours apart. I'd love to find out how many people were born

01:45that day. Yeah, who else? Oh yeah, 21st of August, like night four,

01:49the hospital, get in touch. Yeah, married the back end of June in Skiathos in Greece,

01:55which was absolutely lovely. Best day of my life. Yeah, just the best day ever.
