19:59he smuggled the goods inside a miniature sub

20:01that was made to look like the Loch Ness Monster.

20:03The sub was controlled automatically

20:05by the sound of the bagpipes.

20:09And like that's why,

20:11when Scooby played him,

20:13the monster came after him.

20:17But I've sworn we were seeing a ghost

20:19floating from tower to tower.
