Russia and Ukraine exchanged over 100 prisoners of war on Saturday as Kyiv marked its third Independence Day since Moscow's full-scale invasion.

00:00Russia and Ukraine have exchanged more than 200 prisoners of war as part of a deal brokered
00:07by the United Arab Emirates.
00:10Ukraine said the 115 servicemen who were freed were conscripts, many of whom were taken prisoner
00:17in the first months of Russia's invasion.
00:19Among them are nearly 50 soldiers captured from the Azovstol steelworks in Mariupol.
00:26Russia said its soldiers have been captured in Kursk after Ukraine began its surprise
00:30incursion into the region.
