00:03as well as power outages and telecommunication lines.

00:07The fire was extinguished immediately,

00:08but while there was no power,

00:11some places were on fire.

00:13A transformer of the electric cooperative

00:17in Curimao, Ilocos Norte also caught fire.

00:19According to some witnesses,

00:20they saw two times the explosion

00:23and the explosion in the sky.

00:25The cause of the explosion is still unknown.
