The devastation Hurricane Debby caused in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, is incomprehensible, and this video offers a glimpse of the destruction.   The footage shows the wreckage left by the fierce tropical storm.   An Arby’s outlet appears to have suffered significant damage, as evidenced by the destruction captured by the filmer while passing the restaurant.
