00:00You're in your hometown, girl. How are you feeling? You've been in Premiere I think twice.
00:04Yeah, I'm feeling good. I was quite surprised by the amount of people, and I'm trying not
00:11to be giddy about it, but I am so excited but also quite nervous.
00:17Is this what dreams are made of right here?
00:18Yeah, totally. I mean, the biggest dream was making it. My love is being on set and being
00:25around amazing creators, and these are some of the best creators I've had the privilege
00:29of working with. It makes me so happy that we get to finally show it to the world and
00:35spread the message and get people talking, get people laughing, get people gasping in
00:40their chairs. I'm so excited.
00:41They will be gasping.
00:42They will be, right?
00:44Why did you say yes? I mean, obviously-
00:46You've seen it. How could I say no?
00:49Because of the script. Did it just blow your mind?
00:52It blew my mind. I was doing Whitney at the time and I was prepping for Whitney, and I
00:59was really hungry for- This is my favourite type of genre, and I was waiting for an opportunity
01:06like this to come, and when this came, I was like, this is even more than I could dream
01:10of. This is so juicy, and she gets to do so much, and she gets to experience so much that
01:17I was just like, I have to be a part of this.
01:20And why do audiences need to see this in a cinema?
01:23Because it's a communal film. It's really about bringing people together. I mean, the
01:27whole vibe of the film is it's a party vibe, and watching people chilling with the music,
01:33and then suddenly it's getting darker, and people's tension is rising, and it's being
01:39shared with people. You know, the sound editing, the editing itself, it's such a beautiful
01:45film. Zoe has called it- She's created a new genre, and it's called- What was it? Beauty
01:51Horror.
01:52That it is.
01:54And it is a beauty horror. It's beautiful, and it's horrible.
01:58And going from beauty, tell me about him. Talk to me about him.
02:01Oh, he's an awesome bloke. I love that man so much, and he's like- I mean, now he's like
02:06a big brother, but he's a great person, and I learned so much from him. He's so generous
02:10on set, and he's got such an incredible insight. He's been doing it for so long, so yeah, it's
02:15great.
02:16And one word, sum it up. Just one word.
02:20Extreme.
