00:00You're at the European premiere. Just sum this up for me. How does it feel to be in
00:03London right now?
00:03This is crazy. I mean, I was just talking to Naomi. I was like, have you ever done one
00:07here? And she's like, for years ago it was Star Wars. I mean, to have our little movie
00:13here in Leicester Square is pretty wild.
00:15And this is kind of different for you, this role. Why?
00:19I don't want to give too much away, but definitely I play a darker, more shadowy character. Yeah,
00:27you know, again, I don't want to say too much. It's probably already out there in a way,
00:32but he's a very complex and complicated person in a way that can be scary.
00:39And why should people see this?
00:41Look, the themes of it, I think everyone should see this. I think men, women, I think men
00:47really need to see this and understand a little bit what women go through. And the movie is
00:52oddly very fun. It's weird to say it's a really entertaining movie when you really
00:56get to know what it's about, but I think that's its genius in a way. You find yourself lulled
01:01into a false sense of security of like, oh man, this is so much fun. I love these people
01:05on this island. Until you start to not feel like you're having the best time in the movie
01:09and then you're like, wait a minute. I'm really not having a good time anymore. This is all
01:13bad.
01:14Yeah, and Zoe's like, it's her debut. I mean, how proud are you?
01:17I can't be any prouder of her. Making your first film, it's like birthing a child. It's
01:24the closest thing that I can find that compares to it because you put your heart and soul
01:29into the thing. And she has killed herself for this thing. I mean, she's worked on it
01:34for about seven years now. She started writing it before the Me Too movement. I know everybody's
01:40going to see this thing and basically feel like that, I don't know, everything that came
01:44out about all these horrible men, you know, that we made this movie because of that and
01:49that's just the opposite of what happened.
01:51That's something up in one word for me. One word only.
01:53It's wild. It's wild. Hang on. Don't blink.
