00:00So I made myself this Bloody Maria a little bit ago, and it's so good I decided to get
00:10it on camera in case anybody else is interested in having one.
00:13So it's a Maria, not a Mary, because I'm using tequila instead of vodka.
00:18So we're going to put two ounces, or a little more, of tequila to about four ounces of your
00:27Bloody Maria mix, or tomato juice, or whatever you've got.
00:31Then we are going to take a lime and cut it so we can rim the glass so that it will be
00:44wet and it will stick to our rim.
00:46I did not have celery salt, which people normally use for these, so I put some chili powder
00:52and lemon pepper to mix those up onto a plate, and it's pretty and delicious.
00:59So we've got that.
01:01Now I'm going to add some horseradish, fresh horseradish, a tablespoon, get that in there.
01:09Some Worcestershire, I can never pronounce that, can you?
01:14About three splashes of that.
01:17Some with Tabasco, a few splashes of Tabasco, then some pickle juice.
01:23I have Cornichon for garnish, so I'm going to use that, I'm going to put a little bit
01:27of pickle juice, also good if you have a hangover, gives you some electrolytes there.
01:32Let's see, what else?
01:33Oh, we're going to do a lemon and a lime, squeeze that in, and then just chuck it into
01:40the drink.
01:41Okay.
01:42And we're going to shake it up.
01:44And we're going to shake it up.
01:45I have ice in this.
01:46Pour it into your glass, and garnish, celery stick, pepperoncini, I speared a pepperoncini
02:11on a toothpick, and I got some Cornichon and an olive on there as well, and then we'll
02:19take the lime that we used to rim the glass, pop that on there, you can garnish with anything
02:25else that you have, that you are into, and let's taste it.
02:33So good.
02:34Cheers!
