Demi Vollering is taking time on Kasia Niewiadoma everywhere she can. The Dutchwoman was 0.2km/h faster than the Pole on the ascent of Col du Glandon but nearly 1km/h faster on the descent! Vollering also hit a higher maximum speed than Niewiadoma by 3km/h. It looks like the defending champion has the edge on her rival.
