00:00The last 5 minutes of your day before you go to sleep at night are the most important 5 minutes
00:05of your day. You are now going to go into your subconscious mind for the next 8 hours and you
00:10are gonna marinate there in those 8 hours. As you enter into your subconscious mind,
00:14you can do one of the two things. You can either review the things that you didn't like,
00:19that didn't work out, things about the world that you don't like or hate. And when you wake up,
00:24your subconscious mind will bring you up the experiences that matches up to everything that
00:30you have placed in there. The second option is you can use those 5 minutes to program into,
00:35I am well, I am healthy, I am content, I am peaceful and I am in love. See,
00:40your subconscious mind can't make a distinction between the thoughts in your mind or
00:44the actual experiences that you are going through in your physical life.
