01:29Whenever Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah traveled by train,
01:34he traveled in the first class.
01:36And he used to get two seats for himself.
01:40Someone objected to him
01:43that when the leaders of Hindus travel in Gandhi,
01:46they travel in the third class carriage,
01:49while you always prefer the first class.
01:53So Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah replied,
01:59that whenever Gandhi travels,
02:01Congress takes care of his expenses,
02:04while I buy a ticket from my pocket and reach my destination.
02:09After this, Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah
02:14gave interesting reasons for booking two seats.
02:18He said that whenever I used to travel first class,
02:22I used to book only one seat.
02:26Once I was going from Bombay to Lucknow.
02:29When the train stopped at a small station,
02:32an Anglo-Indian girl came in my box and sat on the second seat.
02:37Because I had booked only one seat,
02:40so I remained silent.
02:42I did not pay attention to her
02:45because I was busy looking at an important file.
02:49When the train sped up,
02:51the girl addressed me and said,
02:54whatever you have, give it to me immediately.
02:58Otherwise, I will pull the chain and tell people
03:01that this person has misbehaved with me.
03:05I did not even lift my head from the papers.
03:08That girl repeated her words again.
03:11I remained silent again
03:13and did not lift my head from the papers.
03:16Then that girl got disappointed and when she shook me with her hands,
03:20I lifted my head
03:22and pointed my hand at my ears
03:25that I am deaf from both ears,
03:28I cannot hear.
03:30Whatever you have to say, write it down and give it to me.
03:33That girl wrote her threat on paper and gave it to me.
03:37Then I got up and pulled the chain of the train.
03:40When the guard came to my box when the train stopped,
03:43I handed over that letter to him
03:46and explained the whole story.
03:48And I handed it over to the train conductor.
03:53Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah says that
03:57after this incident, whenever I traveled by train,
04:01I always booked two seats.
04:04Once Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah
04:07was addressing the students of the school and college.
04:11A Hindu boy stood up and said to you,
04:14why do you want to divide us by dividing India?
04:19What is the difference between you and us?
04:22You remained silent for a while,
04:25so the students started cursing you.
04:29Some said that you have no answer to this.
04:33And then the voices of Hindu boys hooting and shouting
04:37began to be heard from everywhere.
04:40Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah ordered a glass of water.
04:45He drank a little water and then put it on the table.
04:50He called a Hindu boy and told him to drink the remaining water.
04:56So the Hindu boy refused to drink that water.
05:00Then he called a Muslim boy.
05:04He gave the same remaining water to that Muslim boy.
05:08So he immediately drank the remaining water of Qaid-e-Azam.
05:12He again addressed all the students and said,
05:17this is the difference between you and us.
05:20Silence spread everywhere
05:22because the difference was clear in front of everyone.
05:26When Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was studying law at London University,
05:32at that time, one of his professors had a special grudge against him.
05:38One day, during lunch, Qaid-e-Azam sat down with him to eat on the table.
05:44Seeing this, that professor said,
05:48Mr. Jinnah, don't you know that a pig and a bird cannot sit and eat together?
05:56Mr. Jinnah, don't you know that a pig and a bird cannot sit and eat together?
06:03Upon this, Qaid-e-Azam, may God have mercy on him,
06:07immediately replied in a complete calm,
06:12Okay, then I have to fly to another table.
06:17Okay, then I have to fly to another table.
06:22The professor was very angry at this answer
06:27and decided to take revenge for the insult.
06:31The next day, the professor asked Qaid-e-Azam,
06:35if you find two bags lying on the road,
06:38one of which has money and the other has grains,
06:41which bag will you pick up?
06:44Qaid-e-Azam replied without hesitation,
06:47Money.
06:49Upon this, the professor said with a smile,
06:52If I were in your place, I would have picked up the bag with the grains.
06:57Upon this, Qaid-e-Azam immediately said,
07:00Every person desires what he does not have.
07:05It is mentioned once that
07:07the case of building a temple on the mosque of Muslims in Delhi
07:11was brought to Qaid-e-Azam, a Muslim from India.
07:15In it, Qaid-e-Azam was told that
07:18Hindus have bought the land of the mosque roof
07:21and want to build a temple on it.
07:24Because according to the laws of that time,
07:27the real owner of the land had the right
07:30that he could sell the roof of the building built on his land to someone else.
07:36That is, the place on top of someone else's roof
07:39could also be bought from the real owner
07:42and a building of his choice could be built on it.
07:46A troubled group of Muslims came to the chamber of Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah
07:52and his followers said in a state of distress
07:56that Jinnah sahib, another apocalypse has fallen on us Muslims.
08:02I have heard a lot about you.
08:05You solve every case with your expertise.
08:09This case has confused us with Hindus and this false system.
08:14Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah made everyone sit in his chamber
08:19and presented cold water
08:21and said to describe the case in detail
08:24but first drink water and collect necessary documents.
08:30One of them got up and started describing the details of the case
08:35in which he said
08:38Sir, we bought a place from a person for the construction of the mosque
08:44whose height from the ground level was agreed with the owner up to 18 feet
08:50and the number was given to him.
08:53After the construction of the building up to 18 feet,
08:56the real owner of the land has the right to sell the roof of the land to someone else
09:04When the Hindus found out that the Muslims had bought this land from that person
09:09for the construction of the mosque from the ground level up to 18 feet,
09:15the Hindus bought the part above 18 feet of the mosque for the temple.
09:22Now the Hindus are waiting for us to build a mosque
09:26and they will give it to that person.
09:29Now the Hindus are waiting for us to build a mosque
09:32and they will build a temple on top of the mosque, which will be a great sin.
09:38And while the Muslims are there,
09:40there will also be a test of the immodesty of the mosque and the patience of the Muslims.
09:45Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah said after thinking for a while
09:51You have bought land for the construction of the mosque from the ground level up to 18 feet
09:58You do this, keep the roof of the mosque 17 feet above the ground level
10:03and leave one foot.
10:06The day the Hindus bring concrete for the construction of their temple,
10:10you can ask me.
10:13The Muslims did the same as Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah said.
10:21In the place where the ground level was bought 18 feet high,
10:25only 17 feet high roof was built and one foot was left high.
10:32The Hindus were very happy that the Muslims,
10:35knowing that we will build a temple on top of it,
10:38still built a mosque.
10:41Therefore, they started collecting concrete for the construction of the temple.
10:48After collecting the material,
10:50the construction of the mosque was arranged for the construction of the mosque.
10:54Then the Muslims called Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on the spot.
10:59Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah asked the Hindus after completing the research
11:05that you have bought land from the ground level up to 18 feet for the temple.
11:12All the Hindus started agreeing in agreement.
11:16So Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah said with his great intelligence,
11:21Muslims have not yet completed their part.
11:26One of them was shocked and said, how is that?
11:31So Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah said,
11:34Muslims have obtained the height of 18 feet of land and the height of the mosque is 17 feet.
11:42If you want, you can leave one foot and build your temple in the air.
11:47This case was handled by Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah with his intelligence for the sake of Muslims
11:55and the Zangalut law made by Hindus and Britishers was solved in a few moments
12:02and the objective of the Hindus was put in the right.
