Onlooker left astounded after unexpectedly catching sight of bubble-bathed fountain

It was 1 AM, and Jacob was eager to get home, but the scene outside a Hyatt was too surreal to ignore.

"I had to pull over to see this!" Jacob excitedly shared with WooGlobe.

The spectacle in question was a fountain full of bubbles! The entire thing resembled a mini-mountain of bubble bath.

In the video, Jacob mentions his temptation to run through the soapy extravaganza. However, due to it being extremely late, he manages to curb his impulsive thoughts and simply admires the insanity in front of him.
