00:00On my road, I've just dealt with everything that happened to me and worked hard and found my way, you know.

00:07So, yeah, I think it's all a part of your journey and you have to deal with it.

00:11And I think all the things that happened to me made me stronger and a better player and a person today.

00:30He's a really important player, so we needed that balance.

00:33And as well, the chemistry that certain players have, because that's how they train as well

00:39and how we build those connections and relationships.

00:42And Martin is vital to connect everything as well in the way we play.

00:46He's made huge steps there.

00:48His presence, the way he's behaving himself in front of the group and the standard that he sets is outstanding.

01:01Martin is the player that he is today at that age because of what he's been through in the last four or five years.

01:06That's what is making the player and the person that he is today.

01:09And we are really happy that he's found home.
