00:00Imagine there's $10,000 sitting in the palm of your hands in front of you, and all you have to do to get that is reach over and grab it.
00:06That's essentially exactly what I'm going to teach you in this video today, and how to do it step by step.
00:10Two words, YouTube Automation.
00:12Now, you may be familiar with this term because it was a trending topic back last year, and somewhat part of this year.
00:17Well, if you're not familiar with YouTube Automation, it's making a YouTube video like you're watching now, but without the face.
00:23It's just a graphic.
00:25Now, what's the difference of you watching this video from all the other YouTube videos out there?
00:28Well, it's because I got the best method, and I'm going to give you the best method.
00:32Now, I know what you're thinking.
00:33London, why would you share this incredible sauce that you have made and just give it to us for free?
00:38Well, here's the answer to that.
00:40A couple videos ago, I made a video called How to Make 1,000 Quality Shorts in Just an Hour, and I received a lot of backlash from it.
00:46Now, I won't lie to y'all.
00:47It wasn't the greatest video, and I should have dropped something better, so I made a commitment.
00:52For the last three weeks, I've been taking the best methods.
00:55I've been experimenting on my own, doing it on my own, improving every way I can in this method to make it the best possible.
01:01So that's exactly why I'm dropping this video for y'all.
01:03This video is a whole layout, step-by-step blueprint video on how to make the best faceless YouTube Automation channel and the best strategies, I believe, on YouTube.
01:11So this is a very simple strategy, so I'm going to lay it out for y'all.
01:14Number one, you find your niche.
01:15Number two, you make your channel.
01:17Number three, you make the short-form videos.
01:19Number four, you make the long-form videos.
01:21Number five, you monetize the channel.
01:23Number six, you affiliate the channel.
01:26Number seven, you repeat.
01:28For those who've made YouTube videos before or managed YouTube channels, you know that this process is very time-consuming.
01:34Just for an example, this YouTube video you're watching right now is probably going to take me 20 hours from start to finish to make.
01:40If you're in business, you know that the key to scale is to automate.
01:45You can't do everything on your own, so the goal is to automate this process.
01:48Now, what do we want to automate?
01:50Well, there's one clear section that takes 80% of the time when making these videos, and that is editing the videos.
01:57This time, I tried to look for the greatest software to do this.
02:00Now, quite ironically, if you want to believe it or not, I got an email three months ago from a company called NVIDIA AI that actually exactly does this.
02:07They wanted to collab on a video, and obviously, I didn't do it because I wasn't using it, and I'd never tried it out, and never needed to use it.
02:14But looking at all the best softwares three weeks ago, I actually realized NVIDIA AI was the best software to do this.
02:19The greatest amount of people were using it, had really good track record, really good reviews, yada, yada, so on.
02:24So, I went back to the email and was like, hey, let's actually work.
02:27So, that's how we're going to automate the editing process because it literally does everything for you.
02:32I'm going to show you step-by-step on how to do so later in the video, but just keep that in your head for now.
02:38Now, when it comes to monetizing the YouTube channel, if you don't know, you need 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 hours watched to monetize the channel.
02:46A lot of people will say, well, you want to get monetization as quick as possible.
02:49Let's just bulk upload. Let's just get it as quick as possible.
02:52Yeah, that can be true, but ultimately, that's not the best way to go at it.
02:56The best way to go at it is to get it as quick as possible, but getting it with a loyal fan base.
03:02Because if you just have monetization without fans that want to come back to see your videos, well, you're just going to have a hard time getting views.
03:09How do we do this? Okay, here's a simple plan.
03:11So, there's two types of content on YouTube. There's short-form videos and there's long-form videos.
03:16Short-form videos are the length of the video. I mean, they're short. They're like 30 seconds, 40 seconds, a minute.
03:21Long-form is what you're watching right now, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 minutes, maybe 20 hours, something like that.
03:26Now, what's the difference between the two content types besides the length of the video?
03:30Well, it's quite simple. One makes more money than the other one.
03:34If you have a shorter video, there's going to be less ads on the video, so you're going to make less money.
03:39If it's a longer video, there's going to be more ads on the video, so you're going to make more money.
03:42But there's also one key benefit that will make this strategy perfect.
03:46If you don't know, a short-form video reaches an audience way quicker than a long-form video.
03:51Why might this be? Well, it's quite simple.
03:53When you see a long-form video on your feed, 5, 6, 7, 8 minutes, most people don't even know what channel that is.
03:58Maybe it's not the greatest thumbnail. They don't know who posted the video.
04:01They don't care about the video unless the title and thumbnail is really interesting.
04:05With a short-form video, it's on your Shorts feed, so you just scroll and the video is right there and it comes up.
04:10And then maybe you get interested in the first couple seconds of the hook.
04:13That's why it attracts a much bigger audience.
04:16So we use this for our advantage.
04:18We're going to be posting short-form videos before monetization twice a day until we get monetized.
04:24And I'm going to explain the strategy after monetization later in the video.
04:27But to get to monetization in that period of making the channel and then before monetization,
04:32you're going to post two short-form videos every single day and then one long-form video every week.
04:37Why are we posting only one long-form video every week?
04:40Well, let's be real, guys. I mean, it takes a decent amount of time to post one long-form video.
04:44So if we just schedule it to once a week, it should be really time efficient.
04:47Plus, we don't need a couple every single week because when you're making a new channel,
04:51long-form videos tend to not do as well when you have a bigger audience and more people watching.
04:56The YouTube algorithm pushes it out to new people.
04:58Then long-form videos will obviously make our watch time go up tremendously.
05:02Okay, so I explained all the strategy on how to do this.
05:05Now, let's go ahead and do the work.
05:07So on NVIDIA AI, just go over to the sign-up page and then go ahead and sign up or join with Google
05:13and then go ahead and create an account.
05:15So what I'm going to show you is an example of what I used for short-form video for a channel I experimented in the past.
05:21Now, what I did was random facts.
05:23We're going to go over different niches you could choose to make your channel.
05:25But I'm just going to show you an example of what I made.
05:27And note, I made this in a minute and a half.
05:29So let's go ahead and let's watch this.
05:31Did you know the majestic Eiffel Tower grows taller in summer?
05:34Quite fascinating.
05:36Courtesy of thermal expansion, the iron heats, particles gain kinetic energy, and voila, they demand more space.
05:44Result? A whopping 15 centimeters added to its stature.
05:48Almost like it's stretching in the sun, eh?
05:50Science in action, my friends.
05:52That took me a minute and a half.
05:54You can do what you want, but I think this video was very good.
05:56And I don't think I could have done much better making it myself, less than five minutes.
06:00And I know it's guaranteed to work because it worked very well on my other ones.
06:03Now, there's many different niches you can choose from.
06:05You probably have an idea in your mind.
06:07But I'm just going to give you a couple examples here.
06:09You can do sports. I've seen that work very well.
06:11Motivation, finance videos, random facts like what I'm doing.
06:14I'm going to make a new YouTube channel based on the random facts here.
06:18For this video, you can follow along with the channel if I do continue to post.
06:21Hopefully, I will.
06:22Now, if this video gets over 2,000 likes, I'll do a challenge on that.
06:26So, if you want to see that, leave a like on the video. 2K likes.
06:29Okay, so I made my email. It's called Fact Generator.
06:31And we're going to go ahead up here and create our channel.
06:34We're going to just name it Fact Generator.
06:36Is that very unique?
06:38No.
06:39But it should get the job done.
06:41It's quick to the point.
06:42It's the same niche that I'm doing.
06:44And that looks good.
06:45Perfect. So, that's what we're going to do.
06:46And we're going to create the channel.
06:47So, we're back in InVideo.
06:49We made our channel.
06:50We got to make the content.
06:51So, remember, our strategy is to post two short-form videos every single day
06:55and one long-form video every single week up until monetization.
06:59If you've never used InVideo AI, this is going to be your home screen.
07:02You're going to have this box in here.
07:04You could pick Workflows, YouTube Explainer, Script to Video, YouTube Shorts, Explore All.
07:09We're going to click on YouTube Shorts for now.
07:12So, we're going to click on YouTube Shorts.
07:13And you just put the details of what you want to talk about.
07:16It will make a script on its own.
07:17Obviously, we're going to edit that script.
07:19We want to change it up a little bit because sometimes the voice can sound a little different than what we want it to be.
07:24But we're going to put in the basic premise of what we want to talk about.
07:27As I said, I'm going to be using random facts for the whole niche of my channel.
07:31So, where do I get these random facts?
07:33Google.
07:34I just searched up random facts and this site came up here.
07:37And as you can see, right up here, this was the Eiffel Tower.
07:40So, this is where I got that.
07:41And we're just going to pick something in here.
07:43We don't want it to be too complicated.
07:45Again, this is probably different from what your niche is, but you can relate to the same thing.
07:48Don't make it too complicated.
07:50Make it pretty easy to understand.
07:52Just don't make it complex.
07:53Like this.
07:54Australia is wider than the moon.
07:56I didn't know that.
07:57So, we're going to go ahead and copy that.
07:59And it's going to be a little different from what you're doing, but you can understand the same process.
08:02We're going to go back over to InVideo and we're going to place it right there.
08:07Remember, this is our topic.
08:09We're going to go ahead and put the topic in here.
08:10It's going to make a script for you.
08:12And then you're going to go ahead and edit that script.
08:14So, now you may be thinking, okay, so we're going to have the edit of the video checked off.
08:18And now we have the script.
08:19Yeah.
08:20That's two things we just crossed off with automation.
08:22Pretty good.
08:23Now, for these settings, you can use any voice you want.
08:25I like the voice that I used in that example video.
08:27So, I'm going to do male.
08:29And I'm going to go ahead and go down here.
08:31And I'm going to go pick the same voice I did, which was the Australian voice.
08:35I'm going to pick the Australian voice right here.
08:37And add subtitles.
08:39We want to add subtitles, but I want to make it a little better than just subtitles.
08:42For the example of the video, I did add word-by-word subtitles where the current spoken word is in yellow.
08:47And I think that looks really good.
08:49I suggest playing around with different settings in here and see what works best for your videos.
08:54You can use any of these you want.
08:55I'm going to do use iStock normally because that's what I've been rocking with.
08:58And go ahead and press this blue beautiful button here that says continue.
09:03So, this will pop up here.
09:04And you're just going to go generate a video.
09:06And it's going to go ahead and load in here.
09:09And we're going to wait for this to be done.
09:11Okay, so a video did its thing.
09:12Now, it's going to bring up this thing.
09:14You have the audience, the look and feel, and the platform.
09:17We already picked this.
09:18This was YouTube Shorts.
09:19Look and feel.
09:20I'm just going to do minimalist, modern.
09:23You can do professional, crisp.
09:25But, honestly, this has been doing pretty good for me.
09:27Again, feel around.
09:29Do different stuff.
09:30See what works best for your videos.
09:31You don't want to stick with one strategy when it comes to making these videos in the different parameters and settings.
09:36So, play around with this.
09:37And audience.
09:38We can do space enthusiast.
09:40Or, yeah, I like space enthusiast because it's space.
09:43Go ahead and press continue.
09:45Now, this is going to take a few minutes.
09:47So, we're going to go ahead and wait for this to be done.
09:49So, it's done.
09:50Let's go ahead and see what changes we need to make to this video.
09:52Good day there.
09:53Ever pondered the vast expanse of the land down under?
09:56Well, here's a fun fact to blow your socks off.
09:59Australia, our beloved sunburned country, is wider than the moon.
10:04Yes, you heard it right.
10:05I don't know about y'all, but I don't think I got to make any changes.
10:09That was heat.
10:10The watermarks are going to be removed when we go ahead and export this video.
10:14I'm telling y'all that's pretty dang good.
10:16I do want to go ahead and remove the last one.
10:18I don't know what he was talking about.
10:20Corker of a fact.
10:21Let's remove that.
10:22So, what I did here, we're going to go press edit.
10:24We're going to go over to edit script, and we can go down here.
10:27We're just going to take out this part right here.
10:30Just delete that, and then we're going to press apply changes to remove that.
10:35I don't really want that in there.
10:36Okay, so it's changing the script, and this will be done probably within a minute or two.
10:41So, I downloaded the video.
10:42It finished.
10:43So, it's finally done.
10:44Let's watch the whole completed thing.
10:46Good day there.
10:47Ever pondered the vast expanse of the land down under?
10:49Well, here's a fun fact to blow your socks off.
10:52Australia, our beloved sunburnt country, is wider than the moon.
10:57Yes, you heard it right.
10:58The moon, that celestial body we all gaze at night after night, has a diameter of 3,400 kilometers.
11:06But Australia, stretching from the sunny shores of Sydney to the stunning sunsets of Perth,
11:11boasts a diameter of almost 4,000 kilometers.
11:15So that next time you look up at the moon, remember,
11:18you're staring at something smaller than the Aussie landmass.
11:22So, imagine we posted two of those every single day, and that took us less than a minute and a half to make.
11:28I don't know about y'all, but this YouTube channel is going to grow pretty dang fast.
11:33So, I'm in the YouTube studio right here.
11:35I had to change the name because the account I previously made, I just made that account today, so it got suspended.
11:40For a heads up, I recommend creating an account, a YouTube account, watching some videos on there,
11:44or Google may think it's suspicious and suspend the account.
11:47So, I'll give it a couple days before you go ahead and post a ton of videos.
11:51Just give it two to three days, so Google can go ahead and post that on the YouTube algorithm.
11:55But regardless of that, let's go ahead and post these videos.
11:58So, we're in YouTube studio here.
11:59On the right side, we're going to press create right here, upload video, and we're going to upload one of our shorts.
12:04I'm going to do the Australian moon video first because I really like that video.
12:08I think it can start off our channel pretty well.
12:10So, if you never posted a YouTube video before, you have your title, description, thumbnail.
12:14We don't care about thumbnails.
12:15You don't need a thumbnail.
12:16It's a short.
12:17And we can go ahead and fill all this stuff out.
12:19So, for the title, we want to put something interesting.
12:22So, Australia is bigger than the moon.
12:23That's going to be my title.
12:24And for the description, I want to explain what my video is about.
12:27Okay, this is what I wrote.
12:28Really simple.
12:29Tells exactly what we needed to say and gets the viewer to come back hopefully for more content if they like this piece.
12:36Now, make sure to copy this whole thing.
12:37I'll show you how to preset that for each video so you don't have to retype this whole thing again.
12:41No, it's not made for kids.
12:42This will reach a bigger audience.
12:44And tags.
12:45This is super important.
12:46So, now tags, they allow you to reach an audience.
12:50Basically, it's telling the YouTube algorithm what this video is about and who to reach for this video.
12:55So, this video is about Australia.
12:57It's about the moon.
12:58It's an interesting fact.
13:00And you can come up with the tag yourself.
13:02But personally, what I like to do best is use a tag generator.
13:06You can use paid subscriptions like VidIQ or TubeBuddy.
13:09That works.
13:10But let's be real.
13:11We don't want to pay for any of that stuff when we're starting a brand new channel that makes no money whatsoever.
13:15So, just use something free.
13:16I just searched up free tag generator and TunePocket.
13:19This thing came up.
13:20So, we're going to use this.
13:21We're going to put our title in there.
13:22I put, did you know Australia is bigger than the moon?
13:24That's not our title, I don't think.
13:26But we're going to use it just so we can create an easier situation for this tag generator.
13:31There we go.
13:32This should definitely work for us.
13:33We'll copy all this to a clipboard.
13:35And we'll go back over here and we'll just control V or just paste in this tag section here.
13:42And that should be all good.
13:43Video language.
13:44You could put the video language.
13:45I suggest to do so.
13:46We'll just put what it's in.
13:48It's in English.
13:49But it's actually in Australia.
13:51And then next we have, we'll do education because it's educational.
13:56And then we'll go to next.
13:59Go to next again.
14:00No issues found.
14:01No copyright issues, which is awesome.
14:03Go to next.
14:04And we'll go ahead and publish this video.
14:06And we'll post it.
14:07So now it's time to make the long form videos you will be posting once a week till monetization.
14:12So we're back on InVideo AI here.
14:14And what you're going to do is you're going to be probably at the main menu, which is home.
14:17And you're going to create an AI video.
14:20So you're going to go to the AI video.
14:21And what you want to do is press the YouTube explainer button down here.
14:25Not the YouTube short, not the scripted video.
14:27I like the YouTube explainer.
14:28It does the best for what I am suggesting to do.
14:31Now here's the length of the video.
14:32You can do 15 seconds, 30 seconds, which were the shorts.
14:35Minute, that's a short.
14:36And then you can go all the way up to 15 minutes or other.
14:38You can put in whatever you want to do.
14:40Now I'm going to stick with a five-minute video because I feel like those do the best.
14:43And you can post two every single week.
14:46Now if you want to double down and you're okay with spending a little more time to try to propel this YouTube channel quicker,
14:51then I suggest doing two videos a week instead of one.
14:54But one will work just fine.
14:55I'm going to go with two here.
14:56So I'm going to do five minutes.
14:58And then the next one I'm probably going to do maybe three to seven minutes depending on what I'm feeling like.
15:02So five minutes here.
15:03And you're going to do the same thing that we did with the YouTube shorts.
15:06Give an engaging topic that the AI should talk about.
15:10So I'm going to do the same thing.
15:11I'm going to do random facts.
15:13Now for the random facts, I'm going to pick a category.
15:15The category I'm going to go into is food.
15:17So I'm going to do random facts about food.
15:18So I did random interesting facts about food.
15:21And to explain this, I already had this pre-written here.
15:24I said add creative detail to the video, make the facts super interesting that most people do not know.
15:31It's not that common.
15:32And add lots of B-roll and examples.
15:34Now the background music, I'm going to do upbeat because who doesn't want to hear upbeat music?
15:39That's awesome.
15:40Settings, I'm going to use a male voice for this one.
15:42And I'm going to do the New York accent.
15:45I really like that one.
15:46Now I'm going to do no subtitles.
15:47It's a long-form video.
15:48Why do I need short-form subtitles?
15:50And for the watermark, I'm going to put the channel.
15:52I'm going to do fact dispenser.
15:54Now for number four, just the same thing.
15:56Use iStock normally.
15:57And go ahead and press continue.
15:59It's going to say generate a video.
16:00And it's going to go ahead and generate.
16:02So now that it's done processing, it's going to put up this table here.
16:05You're going to go over to whatever you want to do.
16:07I'm going to go to foodies and look and feel.
16:10I'm going to go to bright and YouTube.
16:12And maybe I want general audience.
16:15Let's do general audience because I feel like more of a general audience will watch this type of video.
16:19Press continue.
16:20And let's wait for it to be done.
16:21So the video is done.
16:22And Video AI got it all set up and ready to go.
16:25So let's go ahead and see what it cooked up for us.
16:27Ever wondered what's the most stolen food in the world?
16:29You might be surprised, but it's cheese.
16:32Yes, you heard that right, folks.
16:34Our beloved creamy delight tops the list of the world's most pilfered food items.
16:39This is perfect.
16:40I have no edits, no changes to do this video.
16:42I'm going to press export right here.
16:44Go ahead, export the video.
16:46Have all of these done.
16:47And press continue.
16:48And boom, should get done for us.
16:50If you wanted to change the video like I've had too many of times, you can use the command box to change the video.
16:56So AI will go ahead and change the video.
16:58So, for example, for this video, you could see there are words up here.
17:02And I don't want the captions, so I'll say remove captions from video.
17:07And then you press generate.
17:09And it will start loading and change the video for you so you don't have to go in and make those changes yourself.
17:14As you can see here now, let's turn this off.
17:17Boom, no captions.
17:18It's completely done.
17:19And we can do other things as well to change the video.
17:21For example, if you don't like this first scene because you don't think it starts out well and you want a different image or a different video, say change the first scene.
17:30So it completely changed that and the voice here.
17:32Way different voice and I asked for drone footage as well and it gave me that.
17:36So this is a really good tool you can use.
17:38You don't have to go ahead and edit it yourself.
17:40You just tell AI what to do and it will do it for you.
17:42Now that that is exporting, we have our long form video.
17:45We have our shorts all ready to go.
17:47Let's go ahead and schedule this long form video on YouTube to get posted when we need it to.
17:52I'm not just saying this because NVIDIA and I collabed on the video, but this is truly revolutionary.
17:57Like I've never seen a software do this.
17:59And again, I'm not just saying this because we collab, but to make a video in less than five minutes, a long form video to be this good opens up a lot of opportunities.
18:08We're back on the YouTube channel.
18:09And if we go over to content, you can see we're at the video section.
18:13We could press upload videos and do the same thing, but select the longer video style.
18:18This video is uploading right now.
18:20So we're going to go ahead, change the title, change the description.
18:23As you can see, our preset's already there, which is pretty cool.
18:25I said these are the craziest random food facts about food.
18:28That should work out.
18:29And then to see more interesting random facts, like the video and subscribe.
18:33That should work perfectly.
18:34And now we got to make a thumbnail.
18:35I'm making the thumbnail right now.
18:37I picked this image and I am going to put words.
18:39I didn't think I was going to, but I am going to.
18:41This is literally the simplest thumbnail you could possibly do.
18:44It's just to get the first video out there and we'll improve as we go on.
18:49Okay, so let's schedule this video.
18:51Now, I'm going to be doing one video a week, maybe twice a week.
18:56We'll see.
18:57So today is the 20th and it is a Tuesday.
19:00So I'm going to go ahead and post this on a Friday.
19:04Let's actually do a Saturday.
19:05Let's do a Saturday and let's make this at 8 a.m.
19:10Let's see how that does.
19:11And let's go ahead and schedule this.
19:13And this should be good to go.
19:14There we go.
19:15It's scheduled.
19:16I owed y'all this video because my 1,000 short video.
19:18I can understand the frustration that came from y'all from watching that video.
19:21So I owed it to you.
19:23I tried to come up with the best sauce I could.
19:25And if you do appreciate the content I just gave you, then make sure to like, subscribe if you want to.
19:30More of this stuff will be coming out in the future.
19:32I'm back on the grind again.
19:33I'm putting this at the end of the video.
19:34So I can explain where I've been the last couple of months if you've been a subscriber.
19:39I've just been really busy with work and business.
19:42And the last two months I've been doing very, very well.
19:44So I just didn't really have any time to post.
19:47But I took a step back.
19:49I made my money.
19:50And I'm ready to grind on YouTube again.
19:53I've been getting a lot of messages.
19:54And I know a lot of people want me back.
19:56So it feels appreciated.
19:57It feels great.
19:58And I'm ready to give y'all the best content I possibly can.
20:01And if you want to see me do this exact strategy, say for a month or even two months or a challenge or whatever, 2,000 likes.
20:08I'll do a challenge where I do this for, let's just say two weeks and see what happens.
20:11I'll see y'all later.
20:12Stay safe.
20:13Peace out.
