00:00So we're going to look at rookie wide receivers because Joe and I made the point here, the

00:07game is changing.

00:08The mentality of society is changing, understanding what young people can do immediately is beginning

00:14to pay off.

00:15And there are some wide receivers that could make some immediate impacts, Joe.

00:18Yeah.

00:19Malik Neighbors is definitely one of them.

00:21And I really like, again, the talent of Malik Neighbors.

00:24You have to love that.

00:26The situation has me a little concerned because I can't sit here and say that investing in

00:31wide receivers that have Daniel Jones as a quarterback is a great idea.

00:37That would make me a bad fantasy analyst.

00:39And I think this is the problem we struggle with too, where as fantasy analysts and all

00:43the nerd community out there, you know who you are.

00:46You love the talent, you fall in love with the talent, you fall in love with the tape

00:48and all the college film.

00:50And then you realize, wait a minute, he's not in as good a situation in the NFL.

00:54And that's a problem.

00:55Okay.

00:56And Daniel Jones is, again, at a crossroads.

00:59And I don't know how many times we're going to make excuses for Daniel Jones that, oh,

01:02well, he didn't have Saquon Barkley or, oh, he wasn't healthy this year.

01:05Oh, this and that and all this nonsense.

01:07Well, here you go.

01:09Here's Malik Neighbors.

01:10Everybody's supposed to say, well, it's just gonna be great because he's gonna have all

01:12the volume.

01:13But what's the quality of that volume?

01:14I think that's questionable.

01:15And I think that's why his ADP is still wide receiver 24 overall.

01:18Now, as wide receiver 24 overall, I'll take that value in a PPR.

01:23You see the numbers here.

01:25You see the projections, 1048, 80 receptions, six touchdowns.

01:29I think that's more his ceiling than necessarily his floor.

01:35And I think maybe somewhere in between is what you should be thinking about.

01:39And that's fine.

01:40At wide receiver 24, I'm perfectly fine.

01:42Now, where I struggle is I look after him and some of the guys going after him, like

01:46T. Higgins, who's already put up a wide receiver 16 seasons, right?

01:50Guys like George Pickens, who you know, he's the number one in his offense.

01:52And you have a little bit better hope, regardless of who the quarterback is there.

01:56More on that.

01:57And guys like Terry McLaurin, who have four straight thousand yard receivers.

02:01So he's playing with a rookie quarterback.

02:03So there's uncertainty there.

02:04But I'm less uncertain about Jaden Daniels than I am about Daniel Jones.

02:09And I think that's what it comes down to for me.

02:11I'll take some of those veterans over Malik neighbors, then I will necessarily looking

02:16at Malik neighbors and say, he's gonna crush all these expectations.

02:20I think those projections are actually really good.

02:23And if you're seeing numbers for him that are, I don't know, in the 1100 range or things

02:28like that, I'd be looking for the unders.
