00:00Why Japan experiences so many earthquakes? Japan is located in a region known as Pacific
00:04Ring of Fire, which is an area where four tectonic plates meet, the Eurasian Plate,
00:08the Pacific Plate, the Philippine Sea Plate, and the North American Plate.
00:12The movement of these plates creates a lot of seismic activity and leads to large number of
00:16earthquakes. In fact, Japan experiences almost 1,500 earthquakes per year, but most of them
00:22are too small to feel. If you like this info, I will appreciate your subscribe.
