00:24are the people from your marriages or relationships

00:28The third person you must forgive

00:30is everyone else in your life who has ever hurt you in any way.

00:34Clean the slate and forgive and forget.

00:37The fourth and final person you have to forgive is yourself.

00:40Stop carrying these past mistakes around with you.
