NS 388 approaches the grade crossing running much more on time than last time I railfanned this line. I videotaped this behind a building, which serves as a great "amplifier" for the trains, especially at high speeds. As the Nathan K5LAR24 horn blares for the grade crossing at the Burger King/Dairy Queen, some great echoes are heard. The sound of a Catfish and a GEVO working hard rumble to a crescendo as the train roars past at a good 45+ miles per hour. This guy wasn't quite as long as its westbound counterpart earlier in the day, but it was still a nice train! As you can hear in the background, a friendly resident of Windsor greeted me after the train passed. You can also hear the horn in the distance at the very end of the clip. Beautiful sound!
