Who has stood out in Dyche’s side?

00:00So, Will, Everton coming back from their pre-season tour as well.

00:05In terms of stand-out players, we've mentioned they've lost, obviously,

00:10Anana, who could have had a fantastic season. He's gone to Aston Villa now.

00:17Jared Brantway obviously had a fantastic season last time out.

00:19Is he still hitting those same heights in pre-season so far?

00:23Who's stood out for you?

00:25Well, Brantway hasn't played yet because he's had minor surgery with a groin issue.

00:31So, that's a little bit of a disappointing one, let's just say.

00:34Everton fans will be looking forward to seeing him back.

00:38I think in pre-season so far, I've been really impressed by one of the sonsigns,

00:43Tim Iribonne. He looks composed on the ball, he looks tenacious in midfield.

00:50Looks like a good little bit of business, that. He still is only young,

00:53but he looks sharp. Jack Harrison as well has had a good pre-season so far,

00:58and it was interesting because both him and Sean Dyche have said that

01:02there's more to come from Jack Harrison. Obviously, Everton getting him back.

01:05And, yeah, he missed the start of last season because he arrived with a hip injury,

01:09and he probably played too many games for his own liking

01:14because Everton didn't have enough options in the wide areas.

01:17So, Jack Harrison has looked fairly decent.

01:23So, those are probably the two standouts.

01:25There's been more about fitness so far for Everton.

01:27As we speak in the games, you know, they drew against Slago Rovers,

01:31and they lost to Salford and to Coventry.

01:34But Sean Dyche has said he's worked the players hard,

01:37and after he won at Preston, he looked good.

01:42Dominic Calvert-Lewin, after struggles, he looked pretty sharp.

01:45Won the penalty, put the penalty home.

01:49Obviously, it's an interesting few weeks when it comes to Calvert-Lewin's future,

01:52given he's into his final year of his deal.

01:54And to Everton, stick or twist if an offer comes in.

01:57And then just in terms of the new signing,

02:02Jake O'Brien made his debut at Preston,

02:04looked pretty decent, scored a good goal.

02:07And Jesper Lindstrom as well, who's arrived on the season long loan from Napoli,

02:10whipped home a fantastic free kick.

02:12I think he maybe might take a little bit of time

02:15to get used to the physicality of the Premier League.

02:19Maybe Everton will get him in the gym to just bulk him up a little bit.

02:23But he looks a clever player,

02:25looks like someone who can get you off your seat.

02:27And yeah, I think there's still a little bit of work to be done for Everton

02:31in the transfer window, if they can stretch the finances.

02:34But I've come with some stars,

02:36and yeah, all eyes are on the first game of the season against Brighton now.
