Paris Olympic Games day 10 recap as Noemie Fox wins gold, Jack Robinson takes silver in surfing and Hockeyroos suffer medal heartbreak in the quarter final.

00:35It was the lone gold medal for Australia on day 10 while the hockey roos were heartbreakingly

00:40and controversially knocked out of the women's hockey tournament.

00:44Now some 16,000 kilometres away, the waves stopped Jack Robinson from claiming gold.

00:48He picks up silver in the men's surfing tournament in Tahiti, but the international highlight

00:53of the day, that'd be Mondo Duplantis, the men's pole vault champion who won gold by

00:58clearing six metres and didn't stop there.

01:01He lifted the bar to 6.10 to set an Olympic record and then on his final attempt cleared

01:076.25 to break his own world record for something like the ninth time.
