00:04First, smoke your simple syrup. Simple syrup is used in so many cocktails, and it's even

00:08better when you infuse smoke flavor. Place two cups of water and two cups of sugar in

00:12a pan on a 200 degree smoker and smoke it for two hours, stirring often. You can infuse

00:17the syrup even more by adding fruits, chilies, or herbs. To make a spicy margarita, add a

00:22little jalapeno-infused simple syrup to a glass of ice with tequila, triple sec, and

00:25lime juice. Next, try smoking your ice. Place a pan of water on a 200 degree smoker and

00:30smoke for three hours. Once you like the taste, let it cool, then pour it into ice molds and

00:35freeze. Make a smoked Old Fashioned by adding a smoked ice cube to a glass with some whiskey

00:39and bitters. For even more robust smoke, add a splash of smoked simple syrup. For a real

00:43show-stopping smoke cocktail, smoke the glass. Add a few wood chips to a smoking gun, light

00:48them up, and turn it on. Run the tube into your glass and fill it with smoke. Make your
