सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिल्ली एमसीडी में एल्डरमैन नियुक्ति पर उपराज्यपाल के अधिकार पर फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा कि एलजी को सरकार की सलाह मानना जरूरी नहीं है। इस पर दिल्ली बीजेपी अध्यक्ष वीरेंद्र सचदेवा ने कहा कि सत्य की जीत हुई है, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आज अहम फैसला सुनाया है, माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आज जो दिल्ली की संवैधानिक शक्तियां हैं उस पर मोहर लगा दी है। उस निर्णय का हम स्वागत करते हैं हम पहले दिन से कह रहे थे कि दिल्ली एक केंद्र शासित प्रदेश है लेकिन जिस प्रकार से आम आदमी पार्टी के सारे नेता अनर्गल झूठ बोलते हैं प्रचार करते हैं भ्रष्टाचार करते हैं लेकिन उन्होंने यह मानना पड़ेगा कि दिल्ली एक केंद्र शासित प्रदेश है। उपराज्यपाल को अभिभावक के रूप में लेकर उनके साथ मिलकर काम करने की जरूरत है। अफसर की चोरी पकड़ी जाएगी तो कहती है कि हमारा दोष नहीं है और आपकी चोरी पकड़ी जाएगी तो आम आदमी पार्टी कहती है कि अफसर का दोष है।
