Scheffler taking 'tremendous pride' in bringing home gold for Team USA

00:04I'm proud to be an American and I got emotional the other night watching the

00:08gold medal ceremony for the for the women's gymnastics you know I I take

00:13tremendous pride and coming over here and representing my country and yeah

00:18it's the same thing like when you go to a sporting event you hear everybody in

00:21the stands singing the national anthem it's a pretty special thing to be a part

00:24of and I think that's something that we take tremendous pride in and you know it

00:29was it was just very emotional being up there on on stage there as the flag is

00:33being raised and you know sitting there singing the national anthem and yes

00:37there's a definitely definitely one I'll remember for a long time
