00:00Cinemalaya canceled the scheduled screening of the GMA Public Affairs and GMA Pictures documentary Lost Sabongeros.

00:07According to the film festival, because of security concerns,

00:11instead of the entry of Balota starring Capuso's primetime queen Marian Rivera,

00:16the investigative documentary will be replaced with the August 8th screening.

00:21Lost Sabongeros has been discussing the disappearance of more than 30 sabongeros in the country since 2021.
