00:00I mean I I hope that I'll look back on it with the same amount of joy and

00:04happiness that I I feel right now and that I feel every day in training and

00:10yeah I'm just I feel like you know not every time was necessarily what I wanted

00:17this week but I still felt so much joy going out there and racing and I think

00:23that's what I'm gonna remember the most and you know there's that old quote old

00:29saying I can't remember who said it about how the you know the metals fade

00:32the you know the people forget their times but you know you remember the

00:38relationships you remember the emotions that you feel at these kinds of meets

00:42and that's definitely what will stick with me and you know I think you kind of

00:49capture a little you know pictures in your head of different races I certainly

00:53have one in my head from London you know like flipping out the 600 mark knowing

00:58that I was 200 meters away from my first gold you know I'll definitely just

01:03have pictures from this meet of walking out into this incredible arena and and

01:07the atmosphere here and and all those things
