*Walking with a Cane:*

1. Hold the cane: Grip the cane handle with one hand, keeping your elbow slightly bent.

2. Position the cane: Place the cane tip about 6-8 inches in front of you, at a 45-degree angle.

3. Take a step: Move one foot forward, keeping your knee straight.

4. Transfer weight: Shift your weight onto the foot you just moved.

5. Bring the other foot: Bring the other foot to meet the first foot.

6. Repeat: Continue walking, moving the cane and opposite foot together.
