Home Secretary condemns riots in Southport

Home Secretary Yvette Cooper has condemned the riots in Southport, describing the scenes as a "total disgrace." The unrest came after a peaceful vigil in the town on Tuesday evening which saw hundreds pay tribute to the victims of the tragedy.
