00:00And I went through, over a series of about four phone calls,

00:03all of the information you are duly expected to give.

00:06Like what?

00:06So it was my full name, my date of birth, my address and postcode,

00:12and my mother's maiden name.

00:13Again, didn't hesitate because it said Barclays.

00:17So over about four phone calls, Michael had become my best friend.

00:20He said it was taking a long time to do this because this was a fraud

00:24that was potentially going to be bigger than they thought.

00:28This is where anybody watching this will be shouting,

00:31well, that's on you, how stupid of you.

00:34They then said on about the fifth phone call,

00:36we're going to have to ask, this is not, you know,

00:39this doesn't happen very often,

00:40but we're going to have to ask for your four digit PIN.

00:43Now, even I know that you don't give your PIN away,

00:47but because I was talking to the fraud department at Barclays, I did.
