This is the bizarre moment a vehicle was seen driving backwards on a busy highway.

Video captured on July 10 shows the red car shooting past vehicles on the FDR highway in Brooklyn, New York City.

Victoria Metzger, 29, an emergency medical technician, was her on way to a call when she spotted the car.
