00:03Now, Liam Hailwood is well known in Blackpool as a singer.
00:07In fact, he's a Boy George tribute artist.
00:10He's able to reproduce with inerrant accuracy the sound and the look of Boy George.
00:15But he's been known for something else on the latest episode of Loose Women.
00:19He appeared on the show, not as a singer, but because he wanted to propose to his partner, Michael Hopkins.
00:26And Liam is a friend of Colleen Nolan, one of the main presenters, of course, who also comes from Blackpool.
00:32And she said, yeah, you can appear on the show.
00:34So he appeared on the show.
00:36The two were sitting in the front row.
00:38And then as a complete surprise, Michael knew nothing about it.

01:06This followed two weeks earlier where Michael had proposed to Liam on board a cruise ship by staging a treasure hunt, a series of messages and clues.
01:18And Liam followed the clues.
01:20And there waiting in the bar at the end was Michael.
01:22And he offered him the ring and proposed to him.
01:25So Liam was determined to get him back.
01:28Now, he knew that Michael was a fan of the show.
01:30And he was also a big fan of the Nolans.
01:32So it was a perfect way in which to give him a special day and propose at the same time.
