00:25Local government units have served the people well in times of high food prices.

00:33Because this has been effective, LGUs will continue to operate.

00:38The local government units are pleased.

00:41We have added more LGUs to various parts of the country.

00:45Above all, our goal is to make LGUs more permanent and more frequent.
