STPM sees highest-ever national CGPA for 2023

The cumulative grade point average (CGPA) for the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) 2023 examinations has improved by 0.02 from 2022 to 2.84.  Malaysian Examinations Council chairman Datuk Dr Mohd Ekhwan Toriman said this is the highest national CGPA since the STPM was introduced. 01:22or 2.70% of the candidates have received the PNGK 4.0.

01:34That is from 1,184 candidates in 2022

01:39to 1,116 candidates in 2023.

01:44Of the 1,116 candidates,

01:47803 or 71.95% are in the B40 category.
