00:00Now I'm doing really really good. I've learnt a lot about myself, a lot about
00:06mental health and obviously being diagnosed with severe ADHD learnt a lot
00:13about that which I wish I knew years ago because certain situations that have
00:20happened in the past I just reacted how I thought you know I reacted whereas now
00:26if you'd put me in the same situation I react different I know how to control my
00:32little outbursts and triggers things like that but it has been really bad and
00:39I think in this industry because I've had a lot of real-life trauma events and
00:45you just put it at the back of you because it's quite a fast pace this
00:48industry and you end up not dealing with the problems at the time they build up
00:53build up build up and before you know it it becomes noise in your head and
00:57then you just can't cope you think there's no light at the end of the
01:01tunnel and then that caused depression yeah then a breakdown suicidal ended up
01:08at the priory the psychiatric hospital twice so with my bankruptcy everything
01:15sorted there but you know what the media are like yeah and to be honest I'm not
01:20ashamed about the bankruptcy thing either it can happen to anyone at any
01:24time and I'm glad in a way when I look but everything's happened at once
